My name is Sarah, I am the CEO of The Careers Consultancy & Coaching. As an industry expert and advocate for coaching and development I work with you to help you succeed. I have worked in Further Education for over two decades and have current up to date experiences that will help you achieve, succeed and meet your goals. 

The Careers Consultancy and Coaching has been at the forefront of career coaching and guidance. Our experienced consultants are passionate about helping you navigate your career landscape with confidence and clarity. With a focus on personalised coaching and comprehensive support, we empower our clients to harness their strengths and overcome challenges, making informed decisions about their professional futures.

I have current work industry experience that will help you as an individual or business identify and implement your true potential. I am a qualified Further Education Lecturer and Trainer, Coach, Assessor and IQA. Having worked most recently as a Management Assessor, Skills Coach and Internal Quality Assurer within Employability. Working within vast ranging establishments inclusive of but not exclusive for National training providers, Further Education Colleges, HMP services, SEND provisions and JCPs. Having vast yet current knowledge of being an Employability Coach, supporting and informing Information and Guidance I am committed to your ongoing professional development and work with all clients individually to achieve desired results. 

I have great knowledge and admiration for everything unique, I truly believe we as individuals are unique and can offer real time value in all aspects of life. The Careers Consultancy and Coaching is here to identify your ‘uniqueness’ and help strategise and implement the desired steps to enable your individual requirements to be met.
